PTFE membrane filter discs for powder transport systems

The production of the PTS discs with hole matrix takes place with the most modern laser technology in the ISO 7 clean room. This results in clean, thermally sealed cut edges. This can prevent cross- contamination through fibers into the pharmaceutical product. The PTS discs are manufactured on the basis of antistatic PTFE membrane filter media.

KÖGEL FILTER manufactures all known discs formats for the PTS systems of types 80, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300.

In addition, filter discs can be offered for the customer's own PTS construction.

Polymer sintered filter cartridges for powder transport systems

The polymer- sintered filter cartridges are manufactured according to the design specifications of our customers. The filter cartridges can be made of polyethylene, polypropylene and PTFE with different pore sizes. Connecting parts and threaded pieces can be designed individually, manufactured as turned parts and welded to the filter cylinder. The materials and semi-finished products used can be supplied in compliance with the EU and FDA.

The pleated filter cartridges can be made of polyethylene, polypropylene and PTFE with different pore sizes.
