Filter for inverting bag centrifuges

KÖGEL FILTER GmbH has know- how to manufacture filter cloths for all known makes of invertible filter centrifuges.

Cloth manufacture is primarily based on the use of monofilament and multifilament, flexible fabrics. These are particularly suitable for the inverting process. We have developed a special fabric range for the invertible filter centrifuge. This is always available from stock.

The filter cloths are made to measure at KÖGEL FILTER and the dimensions are adapted to the customer-specific process conditions.
The influence of temperature and solvents on the elongation and shrinkage behavior is recorded during manufacture.

KÖGEL FILTER has extensive experience in the welding technology of multifilament fabrics. The sewn diagonal seam can be replaced by a very robust welded seam in many multifilament fabrics. Welded filter cloths are easier to assemble. They usually have a longer service life and avoid cross- contamination through worn sewing threads into the product.
