Filter hoses for vapor filtration / dryer technology

KÖGEL FILTER GmbH specializes in the manufacture of high- quality filter bags for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. We have the know- how to manufacture filter bags for all known brands of vacuum dryers and nutsch dryers.

For vapor filtration, we mainly use PTFE membrane filter media with antistatic equipment. Due to their hydrophobic properties and very smooth surfaces, these are particularly suitable for pulse- jet cleaning. PTFE membrane filters have a very high degree of separation for fine particles and thus also protect the downstream units (condenser, vacuum pump) from dirt and contamination.

To avoid product losses, the seams of the filter bags can be sealed with PTFE seam sealing tapes. In addition, all fiber edges of the filter bags are thermally sealed or processed in such a way that no fibers can be emitted into the pharmaceutical product.

Only EU and FDA compliant filter media and semi- finished products are used to manufacture the filters. The production takes place avoiding cross-contamination in our ISO 7 clean room.
