Filter discs for nutsches

KÖGEL FILTER GmbH has know- how to manufacture filter cloths for all known nutsches.

We have developed a special range of fabrics for nutsche. This is always available from stock.

Cloth manufacture is primarily based on the use of our double- layer fabric concept made of polypropylene (PP) or polyetherketone (PEEK). Thus, the filter cloths, in different pore sizes, can be used universally for all known solvents in the pH range from 1- 14. The very smooth, dimensionally stable, double- layer fabric is particularly suitable for use in agitated suction filters. Double- layer, antistatic fabrics are also available for non- polar solvents.

The filter cloths are made at KÖGEL FILTER using laser technology. Depending on the clamping system, the filter cloths can be supplied as simply discs, filter segments or as pre-assembled discs with a matrix of holes. The pre-assembled discs offer a clean, fast and precise installation of the cloth. The complex, time-consuming assembly with punching out the hole matrix on the suction filter is no longer necessary.
